He seems to be a man without a surname, as everyone knows him as Evert De Verdamper (The Vaporizer).He is the man that developed the first vape that didn’t rely on a re-purposed hot air paint stripper, having seen this kind of prototype run by it’s famous Amsterdam-based American inventor Eagle Costs and judged it awkward - and also improvable
