Lupus and Sjogren's Syndrome. I'm GIVING UP. Fat sick and nearly dead. Carpal Tunnel

I gave up my juice feast and eating raw and went back to my normal diet. all pain is back! I'm hasnaa, 37 years old and recently diagnosed with lupus and Sjogren's syndrome.I also have carpal tunnel syndrome. before starting the juice fast I coudn't do most of the stuff I used to do like cleaning my house or taking care of my kids.
